At The Jersey Pawz, we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below that covers the most common questions we receive. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We started this journey because we did not like the packaging that we had to put in our landfills and pushed through recycling centers. We have 6 dogs and too much packaging associated with other pet food meal preparation services. We wanted to limit the waste. This is why we have chosen to stay local and be able to deliver the orders to our customer. We will either deliver to your home, or to a pick-up location. All deliveries require someone present to accept so that the product can be refrigerated, immediately. Deliveries and pick up locations will ensure storage in a temperature controlled environment.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We cannot accept returns as this is a perishable product. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to discuss the issue with us for appropriate resolution.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We do not require a minimum order but we do require orders be placed no later than one week prior to the need. We require lead time to ensure we source the products and quantities needed to prepare the batches for your pets. We want satisfied customers and this will ensure we can meet the needs.
